Who am I

An empathic visual geek, with a keen eye for detail. I design digital products and services. Interested in innovation, business transformation, design thinking and lean startup methods with a strong belief in the power of design to solve problems.

Since 2015, I am exploring the intersection between digital, design and children education.

Working with high profile brands, I move between high-level strategic thinking and detailed interaction problems, connecting the dots between organisational strategy, products, services, and interfaces.

As a designer, my role is a unique touchpoint between all stakeholders, facilitating meetings and aligning people.

Helping clients innovate and embrace new digital platforms, develop new storytelling and presentation genres, and find bold new strategies as well as new revenue streams, are INNOVATION'S goals. 

UX Designer - senior/principal

Focus: Responsible for the "UX and Usability lab", a pilot project inside the company, at Impresa Digital Products and Services Department. Being a UX team of one, I advocate quality user experience across all products, services, and the company as a whole. Consort internal and external teams through the project life cycle, from scoping to handover, facilitating workshops in interdisciplinary and agile processes. Department touchpoint to Academia work partnership (Nova BSE), working and guiding management master students and aligning Impresa needs with master level students. Currently working with SIC and Impresa Publishing brands (Expresso, Exame Informática, Caras and Activa).

Key responsibilities: UX, UI passing through user journeys, workshop facilitation, wireframing, research, testing, design guidelines and quality assurance. 

Defining design strategies and producing print collateral materials. Working with a wide range of clients, business and institutional, national and international, from startups to health care (hospitals, foundations, medical practices), IT, European organisations to office and retail business integrated with an architectural stream.
